Wild Honey Box’s Hot Honeys are made by our incredible Head Beekeeper, Dax! He fire-roasts fresh peppers outdoors to bring out the best flavors. What sets our Hot Honey apart? It’s all-natural! Many hot honeys today use liquid capsaicin to replicate heat. See that stuff floating in our hot honey…that’s real peppers, so you can see and taste the difference. Whether you like just a hint of heat or you want a fire truck to put out the flames in your mouth, Dax has crafted four distinctive Hot Honeys that offer unique flavors for everyone. Each one is a tasty adventure! Ooooooh, so good!

Creamy Wild Honey
In 2024, we discovered an incredible creamy honey at a beekeeping trade show. A Canadian-made machine that makes “creamed honey” was on display. After sampling the ultra-creamy, spreadable deliciousness, we thought it was breathtaking, less messy, and could be a great addition to the Wild Honey Box business. The honey was so amazing that Wild Honey Box bought and shipped the machine to Texas! By using a very high-quality “seed” (crystalized honey) and mixing it with liquid honey, the result is a magical, scrumptious spread called creamy honey.
Wild Honey Box offers our creamy honey in plain varieties (sweet Clover or Huajilla) and with added ingredients to enhance the experience: Cinnamon, Chai, and chocolate are naturally flavored options…
It is fabulous in coffee or tea, on toast, or in oatmeal!
